• Engage in Daily Personal Development, Mindset, and Leadership programs - Participate in ongoing education and self-improvement to strengthen your leadership skills and coaching effectiveness.
• Placing ads on various social media platforms to generate inquiries - Utilize targeted marketing strategies to attract and engage with candidates (full training & support provided).
• Engage in remote training calls - Continued training on learning how to be the most effective coach while personally developing yourself and others.
• Conduct interviews with clients - The use of phone or Zoom tools allows a more personal connection.
• Coach on the implementation of innovative marketing strategies - Coach others on creating compelling content on different platforms.
